Refund policy

Our policy strictly allows returns only in cases where the product is defective. You have 30 days to inspect the product upon receipt. Please inspect the product very carefully upon receipt and before installation.

Your item must arrive in the same condition that you received it, unmodified and in its original packaging. There is no return, refund, or exchange for any parts that have been used, damaged, modified, painted, or installed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns will have a 50% restocking fee applied and store credit will be issued to your name and email. You will receive an email with details on how to use the store credit.

If your return is accepted due to a defect, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first reporting a defect and requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective. You have 30 days upon receipt to inspect your order and contact us. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. No return, refund, or exchange for any parts that have been used, damaged, modified, painted, or installed.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges under any circumstance; no exceptions. Custom products include but not limited to: Steering wheels, Spoilers, grilles, diffusers, mirror caps, door handle covers, engine covers & front lips/splitters.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Compatibility  
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to determine whether any product listed (for example, a steering wheel, spoilers, front lips, or other component) is compatible with the vehicle make, model, year, sub-model, and any modifications thereof.

Product listings may provide general fitment guidance, but such guidance is not a guarantee of compatibility.

We strongly recommend verifying the compatibility yourself (e.g., by checking your vehicle’s manufacturer specifications, consulting a qualified installer or technician, measuring existing parts, or comparing part numbers).

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that FlamingHawk has not guaranteed compatibility and that you assume full responsibility for ensuring compatibility.

 

Fitment and Modification  
Some parts may require modification or adjustment (such as trimming, fabrication, wiring changes, adapter/hub kit installation, airbag/clock spring re-installation, alignment of mounting points or other custom work) to achieve a proper and safe installation.
It is your responsibility to engage a qualified installer if modifications are required.

Flam­ingHawk makes no representation or warranty that the product will fit your vehicle without modification, nor that your installation will not require additional parts or work.

If you install the product before verifying fitment and compatibility (or allow an installer to install it) you do so at your own risk. Any product that has been installed, partially installed, or even attempted to be installed shall be considered used and will not qualify for return, refund, or exchange under our “unused” or “uninstalled” condition requirement.

Because it is your responsibility to ensure fitment, products that fail to fit your vehicle, or which require modifications you were not expecting, are not eligible for refund or exchange simply on the basis of “does not fit” or “required modification.”

Only genuine defective items (per section 1) qualify for return — fitment issues or compatibility mistakes by the buyer do not qualify.

 

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Each item is custom made as per your specifications and cannot be exchanged.


European Union 30 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days only if the product is defective. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmodified and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Order Cancellation

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase free of charge. If you need to cancel your order within this time frame, please contact us immediately at contact@flaminghawk.com.

However, if you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of purchase, please note that a restocking fee will be applied. This restocking fee is equivalent to 50% of the product's purchase price. This is due to the custom nature of our products and the resources utilized in starting the production of your order.

To cancel your order, please contact us at contact@flaminghawk.com. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will let you know if your cancellation was successful and if any fees will be charged.

Please note that if your order has already been shipped, or production has started, we are unable to cancel it.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved due to a defect, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@flaminghawk.com.
