Refund policy

30-day returns on steering wheels
You can return any steering wheel within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, for any reason. There is no restocking fee.

To qualify, the wheel must be uninstalled and unmodified, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all included parts. A wheel that has been installed, partially installed, or wired into the vehicle cannot be returned unless it is defective (see "Damaged, defective or wrong items" below). Please inspect your wheel and check fitment before installation.

How to start a return
Email us at contact@flaminghawk.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We will reply with return instructions. Returns are sent to: 991 Providence Hwy, 1135, Norwood, Massachusetts 02062, United States. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. We recommend a tracked and insured service, because the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will send you a prepaid return label at no cost and refund or replace the item.

Non-returnable items
Custom exterior and interior parts (such as spoilers, grilles, diffusers, mirror caps, door handle covers, engine covers and front lips/splitters) are made to order and can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Compatibility and fitment
Please check that the product matches your vehicle's make, model, year and trim before ordering. Product listings give fitment guidance; if you're unsure, email us before you order and we'll help you confirm. Some installations require a qualified installer (for example airbag and clock spring re-installation, or wiring). If a steering wheel does not fit or isn't what you expected, you can return it under the 30-day policy above as long as it has not been installed.

Exchanges
Each wheel is made to your specifications, so we don't offer direct exchanges. Return the wheel for a refund and place a new order instead.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase by emailing contact@flaminghawk.com.

After 24 hours, production of your custom order has started and a cancellation fee of 50% of the product's purchase price applies, due to the resources used to start production. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
We will email you once we've received and inspected your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@flaminghawk.com.
