Shipping policy
We specialize in creating custom carbon fiber steering wheels. Due to the nature of our business, the crafting of each steering wheel takes time and care. This impacts our order fulfillment timeline. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Production Time
Each steering wheel is custom made and requires approximately 20 to 25 business days for production. Business days are defined as "working days" and exclude weekends and public holidays. Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Time
After your custom steering wheel is completed, it will be shipped to your provided address. Our estimated shipping time is 5 to 7 business days for domestic orders within the United States and 10 to 15 business days for international orders. This timeline is an estimate and may vary depending on courier operations and any potential customs delays for international orders.
Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the item(s) ordered, total cost, and an estimate of the production and shipping time.
Shipping Updates
We will keep you updated on the status of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to courier operations, customs, or any other situation beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for all customs fees. FlamingHawk is not responsible for the payment of any duties or taxes by the recipient.
Shipping Liability
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and shipping details to keep you updated on the progress of your shipment.
FlamingHawk is not liable for any items lost, damaged, or delayed during the shipping process or after the item is marked as delivered. Once an item leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier, and any issues during transit are beyond our control.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances for items lost, damaged, or delayed once in transit or after delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided for any shipping inquiries or claims.
